The farm is located in the largest cloud forest reserve in Central America, Sierra De Las Minas. Most of the mountain range was declared a Biosphere Reserve in 1990. There are different habitats and there is a great variety of wild fauna. Teo is the fourth generation of coffee producers, the knowledge acquired through the years of his family has now been transferred to him. The farm has the best climate conditions and the ideal type of volcanic soil to cultivate Arabica varieties and produce high quality coffee. The flavor of the coffee on this farm is rich, balanced and complete. It has all the attributes that you can ask in a coffee. Sweet and fruity notes with a chocolate aftertaste is the main characteristic. If you ever have to go into space, this is the only coffee you would take. We mean it.
