This is the third year that we work with Teodoro from Finca La Bella. From the first moment that we tried his coffee it was an amazing discovery for us.
The farm is located in the Sierra de Las Minas range, the most extensive cloud forest reserve area in Central America.
It is a farm that has optimal soil conditions for growing coffee, plus Teodoro’s meticulous care and the great agronomic knowledge and choosing varieties focused on flavor, makes it one of the best coffees we have tasted. The flavor is the classic chocolate with sweet Guatemalan fruit, moderate citrus acidity, solid body, very complex, and with a good balance of all its attributes.
